Training for additional training of NCOs of the Quartermaster, Traffic and Technical Service in the Training Center and the Doctrine of Logistics of Požega

In the center for training and doctrine of logistics Požega, training was conducted to acquire additional training of non-commissioned officers of the Croatian Armed Forces Quartermaster, Traffic and Technical Service. The training consisted of three phases, including theoretical part, professional internship and final exam.

The training for acquiring additional competencies for non-commissioned officers of the Croatian Armed Forces' quartermaster, transport, and technical services was conducted at the Center for Logistics Training and Doctrine in Požega.

The training was conducted in three phases. The first phase of training for acquiring additional competencies was conducted at the Center from May 27 to June 21, 2024, attended by five participants from the quartermaster service, eleven participants from the technical service, and three participants from the transport service.

The second phase of the training was conducted in the parent units through professional internships at the workplace with mentoring, and finally, in September 2024, a final exam will be conducted at the Center for Logistics Training and Doctrine.

Training Leader and Professional Team
The leader of this training is Colonel Boris Galić, and it was conducted by instructors and teachers from the quartermaster, technical, and transport services.

Participant Experiences
Sergeant Zlatko Topolovac from the River Boat Company, Engineering Regiment, said regarding the training that the retraining itself is an interesting part of the training, especially for those who have not worked in logistics so far, and that he would like such training to be held more often.
