Poreč Summer 2024 started on Friday, June 21, with the opening concert on the Poreč waterfront. Natali Radovčić from Žbandaj, a contestant of The Voice Croatia, performed and was supported by many residents of Poreč. She sang songs like “Dođi” by Parni Valjak, “Black Velvet” by Alannah Myles, and “Shallow” by Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper. After her, Toni Šimonović, a semi-finalist of The Voice, performed “Sono solo parole” by Noemi on the keyboard, finishing with his original song “Samo da si tu.”
After the young performers, Psihomodo Pop took the stage, celebrating their 40th career anniversary this year. They extended their performance to two hours, playing hits like “Sexy magazin,” “Ja volim samo sebe,” “Frida,” and “Kad sam imao 16.” Davor Gobac signed autographs and took photos with the audience after the performance.
Martin Kosovac
The last performance of the evening was by Martin Kosovac, winner of The Voice competition, who captivated the audience with his renditions. He performed songs like “Maštarija,” “Sjaj u tami,” “My Way,” and “Tvoja zemlja.” The audience rewarded him with ovations after each song.
